This was going to be the second Met Su Yan in an on-going chain of kosher Asian restaurants.

The interior was designed from two adjoining retail spaces, with differing floor levels.

The simple use of Asian icons quickly transforms this space into a comfortable, contemporary restaurant that can easily fit 60+ people.
